6-S Gold Shaking Table Mineral Separation Machine
Product Description
6-S Gold Shaking Table , sometimes also known as wet tables, consist of a vibrating riffled deck mounted on some type of support. A motor, usually mounted separately off to the side, drives a small arm that shakes the table along its length. The riffles are usually not more than half an inch high and cover only about half the table surface. Varied riffle designs are available for specific types of applications. Shaking tables are very efficient at recovering heavy minerals from minus 100 microns (150 mesh) down to 5 microns in size. Heavy minerals of a size greater than 150 mesh are better run through a jig.
Application of 6-S Gold Shaking table :
Gold Shaking Table is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration , it is widely used in the selection of tungsten, tin , tantalum, niobium and other rare metals and precious metal ore .
It can be used for Roughing, concentrating, scavenging different operations , Separating coarse sand ( 2- 0.5mm) , fine sand ( 0.5 - 0.074mm ), slime or clay ( -0.074mm ), different grain grade size . Can also be used to separating the iron, manganese ore and coal . When processing other minerals such as tungsten, tin , the table effective recycling particle size range for the 2-0.22 mm.
Working principle of 6-S Gold Shaking Table
6-S Gold Shaking Table beneficiation process is conducted in a copy of the tilt table, ore grain group from the Angle of mesa feeder trough into, by lateral flushing water supply for the sink at the same time, under the influence of vibration wave, according to the proportion and granularity theory, and vertical movement and lateral movement.
