6 YY lift ring type oil press
This machine is in accordance with the principle of hydrostatic pressure transmission, hydraulic oil as pressure transmission medium, extrusion and then the oil will oil squeeze out.It is a closed loop system composed of two parts:the hydraulic system and oil press.
The process of squeeze peanut oil
1,Abrasive machine
First,peanut prossed into pellets diameter of about 1mm with abrasive machine.
2,HTF-pan
Then, the peanut pellets placed in the HTF-pan, frying
3,Automatic hydraulic oil press
Last, using automatic oil press to squeeze peanut grits,that is the real output peanut oil and peanut cake.
The process of squeeze soybean (or rapeseed) oil
1,Pre-press machine
The Soybean (or rapeseed) is made into slices by pre-press machine
2,Evaporator with non pressure
Then,putting slices in the pevaporator with nonpressure steam boiler heating
3,Automatic hydraulic oil press
Last, using automatic oil press to squeeze Soybean (or rapeseed) slices,that is the real output peanut oil and peanut cake.

Performance and characteristics
1. This machine is small volume, less coverage, easy to learn, understand and less operation with low power consumption.
2. Frame type, hydraulic unit installed outside.

4. Not only manufacture all sorts of plants oil, but also meat oil, clay, de-oiling,dehydration,degrease all kinds of chemical raw materials.
5. This oil press except for all kinds of vegetable oil press can also squeeze of animal oil press, clay, of , dewatering, juice, etc.
The rules of operating:
1. Note: Before start
(1) clean inside the tank and clean the hydraulic oil.
(2) check whether each part bolt is loose.
(3) the 15 reversing switch power supplied by the on-board stop switch, the other three core wires side connected to the motor, the motor need to check the rotary direction.
2, Extraction process:
(1) No load running for 1 to 2 minutes first, such as in winter and spring, empty 5-10 minutes, make the oil diluted and ease of operation.
(2) Exhaust fume from fried materials, separate materials by plates and put to feed bucket, keep oil surface is slightly lower than expected on the bucket;Otherwise, the oil cylinder will over travel. Push overall press under the oil pan, cylinder alignment press oil pan, then switch on.
(3)Pull out explorers to the valve and switch on the power switch, pressure bearing oil pan.(cylinder telescopic by manual reversing valve, namely when the stem to open, press will do downward movement and vice-versa)
(4) Only expert handlers allowed, Forbidden leave away while the host is d in the process of booster, the main motor must stops working when the pressure gauge reaches 20 million, otherwise it will damage the hydraulic system.
(5) Start motor again after pressure gauge callback,turn off the power supply if point to 20 MPa again, keep it stable to 20 MPa, If material barrel oil finally no oil come put means oil has drained.
(6)Lift pressure oil pan, hang hook at one end, the other side on the VAT, and press pressure oil pan, lift charging barrel, pull out the oil cake.
(7)Hold up oil pan, remove hook then prepare for the second press.
